Submerged arc welding flux saw flux SJ101G
Agglomerated Flux SJ101G
Conforms to: NB/T47018.4-2011 GB/T5293-1999 F4A4-H08MnA F5A4-H10Mn2
Equivalent to: AWS A5.17 F6A4-EM12K F7A4-EH14 DIN BFB165AC12MHP5
Description and application
Semi-Basic, agglomerated flux specializing for X60-X70 degree pipe material welding, it adopts AC/DC. The wire is connect to the positive rod when DC. It has nice welding technic performance property with steady electric arc, and the features of good slag detachability, and nice welding line configuration. Matching proper wire(H08C,H08MnA,H10Mn2,H08MnMoA,H08Mn2MoA) can be used for pipe steel such as X52,X60,X65,X70. It can be applied to multiple-layer welding, double-face single way welding, multi-wire and SAW in a narrow clearance.
• Flux type: Fluoride-Basic
• Basicity index: 1.8
• Grain size:2.0-0.4mm(10-45meshes)
Compositions of fluxes (%)
SiO2+TiO2 | CaO+MgO | Al2O3+MnO | CaF2 | S | P |
18-25 | 28-35 | 23-30 | 16-25 | ≤0.06 | ≤0.08 |
Typical all weld metal mechanical property
Wire | Yield Stress | Tensile Strength | Elongation | AKV(J) |
EH14 | ≥375Mpa | 490-660Mpa | ≥22% | ≥27/-40℃
|
Remark
1.Flux must be re-dried at 300-350℃(572-662℉) for 1-2 hour before welding.
2.Remove all rust, scale, paint and ect so as to obtain excellent weld metal.
3.Adding new flux regularly in order to avoiding causing welding defect and bad welding bead appearance when using flux again.
