HJ431

Description and Application:

HJ431 is a type of fused flux with high Mn,high Si and low F content,brownish-reed to light yellow glassy grains in appearance.Its grain size is 2.5-0.45mm(8-40 meshes).

HJ431 is suitable for use with AC or DC power;filler wires connect with positive electrode while in DC.

With excellent technological properties, the  flux provides good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal.

Usage:

Combining with appropriate wires such as H08A,H08MnA,H10MnSi,Hj431 is used for welding low carbon steel and some low alloy structures(16Mn,15MnV,etc.)in boilers,ship,pressure vessels and other applied to electro slag welding as well as the welding of copper.
